Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern

We had a wonderful anniversary at the Mandarin Oriental Luzern. The staff was super friendly, we were checked in by Stephanie at the front desk, she was so accommodating and nice. The customer service was amazing. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast had a great variety and the customer service from the staff there was friendly as well. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back and recommend the Madarin Oriental to anyone who will be in Luzern.

An unforgettable experience. Concierge team is very helpful as me and my boyfriend were asking them about visiting Mountain Titlis. The team is very friendly and it was a comfortable, delightful stay there. Not to mention the gorgeous view! Will visit again!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the cleaning and room service are more than wonderful. I loved the way we were welcomed upon arrival, and what I loved most was the view from the room on the lake.

An amazing experience! From our arrival to the last moments everything was perfect. The front desk staff, bell staff, spa staff, restaurant team, housekeeping and concierge team could not do enough for us. We were always greeted by name, and they made us feel at home. Everyone went above and beyond and had fabulous restaurant recommendations. The jetlag massage was the perfect treatment to help us unwind from the long journey and start our vacation. Mozern is fantastic. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast which featured a wide variety of fresh & delicious options. The spa & fitness centre were also impressive, offering a relaxing & rejuvenating experience in high luxury.

We had a lovely weekend at Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern. The Panoramic Rooftop Terrace Suite was incredible, also the service was great from the beginning to the end. Perfectly located, stunning Christmas decorations, good food and love for the detail. We would love to come back in the future.
