We had a lovely weekend at Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern. The Panoramic Rooftop Terrace Suite was incredible, also the service was great from the beginning to the end. Perfectly located, stunning Christmas decorations, good food and love for the detail. We would love to come back in the future.
