DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY

I want to emphasize the importance of not sharing credit card information with this company. Despite being assured by their staff that the membership wouldn't automatically renew, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

During the sign-up process, nothing was explained except for an additional $3 charge for extended access to the rest of the month. The staff simply asked us to tap the card for the difference.

I verified this information multiple times before signing up, which convinced my friends to sign up at the same time. However, to my dismay, my credit card was charged for an unwanted extra month. The company is now refusing a refund, citing our card tap and checkbox ticking during sign-up—details that were never clarified by their staff.

This situation is very unacceptable as my membership continues without my willingness for continuation. I strongly recommend against obtaining a membership with this company due to their terrible customer service. Despite numerous calls to the center, they consistently redirect me to email the back office, which has never responded.

Please exercise caution and consider alternatives when dealing with this company.

Amazing experience!! I have been to many escape rooms in Toronto and this is the best. The set up and tour was fantastic and npcs were very kind and helpful. There are enough puzzle for a large group so no one will be sitting and watching. The puzzles were not easy but there were helps throughout. I would defiantly go to the other events:)

Es war sehr schön und auch die ganzen Lichter Feuerwerk und so..... Also ich wurde es nur weiterempfehlen 😃

Schöne Aussicht auf die Fälle und die Stadt.

Eine wunderschöne Aussicht über den Niagara Falls.

Witzige und coole Abwechslung zu uns bekannten normalen Minigolfplätzen. 2 Parcoure mit je 18 Löchern.
Sehr gepflegt, Eintritt sehr ok

Wenn man schon mal hier ist, kann man sich diese Fahrt ruhig gönnen. Dauer: ca. 8 Minuten, in denen man ungefähr 5-6 Umdrehungen schafft. Die Wartezeiten halten sich sehr in Grenzen. Von ganz oben hat man definitiv einen lohnenswerten Ausblick, sowohl auf die Wasserfälle wie auch auf die Stadt.

Riesenrad neben der Speedway Cardbahn. Kann zum Riesenrad selber nur Bilder hinzufügen da ich es nicht genutzt habe. Soll aber als Aussichtspunkt auf die Falls sehr lohnenswert sein.

Eine fantastische Golfanlage, so liebevoll gestaltet habe ich es noch nie gesehen.

Es ist günstig es macht viel Spaß es ist nicht überlaufen und der Parcour ist doch nicht so leicht.

Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und sehr leckeres Eis.

Toller Ausblick aus großer Höhe. Fahrt waren 4 oder 5 Runden. Preis konnte etwas günstiger sein.

Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und auf die Wasserfälle. Vor allem nach Sonnenuntergang sollte man mit dem SkyWheel eine Fahrt machen, die Wasserfälle leuchten dann in verschiedenen Farben.

Sehr schöne Sicht auf die Niagara Fälle. Da wir in der Nebensaison dort waren, mussten wir auch nicht lange anstehen und warten. Wir konnten sogar ein zwei extra Runden drehen.
