The restaurant should reconsider their values and participation in the program “too good to go” that helps to fight food waste.

I ordered through the app “too good to go” to get a meal that could potentially go to waste in a reduced value. The value of food received should be 21$ and I pay 7 dollars to make sure the food doesn’t go to waste.

First of all, once I entered and was asked if I am picking up or ordering and I said I was getting order from “too good to go”, the attitude changed to careless and not nice. Apparently, you are not a customer anymore if you order through this app.

Additionally, the food that I got was wayyyy below the promised 21$ dollar value, I wouldn’t pay even 7$ for it. If you claim you are fighting food waste as a company, do so at least properly given what you promise to people. It seems that your restaurant wants to make business even out of food waste, trying to sell food that would go to waste for over its original value.

Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company whose ethics are so low and customer service is so bad.

Best middle eastern food with the great service and taste . Space is limited but staff is quick and friendly. I am new to Toronto but already had this twice and I will come again soon. Thanks 👍

El mejor lugar de pura dé Toronto

Un sitio para comer pita y donners, comida árabe estilo kebab, bueno, bonito y barato. Lo mejor es que ordenas cualquier wrap o donner, y te incluyen vegetales para acompañar la carne, al estilo subway pero con mejor sabor. Cuentan con carne de pollo, res o cordero. Además los platillos van acompañados de papas fritas que van aderezadas, de buen sabor.

No le pude dar 5 estrellas en servicio porque el lugar no tiene baño para clientes, ni donde poder lavarse las manos, pero lo demás excelente!

I used to like the food here a few years back, and would eat here regularly when I was in the downtown core, and couldn't think of a place to eat. However, I recently went back for the first time after being away from the city for a few years, and no longer feel the same about this place. The food quality and taste did not seem to be the same. The fries weren't warm or that crispy that day, and the chicken was very dry.

The service also wasn't as great during this visit. I'm not sure if it was because I was sitting by the windows at the front and they don't pay as much attention to customers there, or the staff was just bad. Waiting to have my order taken, and for the food to arrive took a long time even though they weren't that busy. When I finished my meal, our server was no where to be seen (probably on break) so we asked another person for the bill. The girl acknowledged it, but never brought it, even though she looked at our table a few times, and we couldn't ask someone else because no other servers came by the area. After about 10 to 15 minutes we were about to see if we could just walk up to the cash register to pay, when our server came by to check up on us, and then brought us our bill.
