The restaurant should reconsider their values and participation in the program “too good to go” that helps to fight food waste.

I ordered through the app “too good to go” to get a meal that could potentially go to waste in a reduced value. The value of food received should be 21$ and I pay 7 dollars to make sure the food doesn’t go to waste.

First of all, once I entered and was asked if I am picking up or ordering and I said I was getting order from “too good to go”, the attitude changed to careless and not nice. Apparently, you are not a customer anymore if you order through this app.

Additionally, the food that I got was wayyyy below the promised 21$ dollar value, I wouldn’t pay even 7$ for it. If you claim you are fighting food waste as a company, do so at least properly given what you promise to people. It seems that your restaurant wants to make business even out of food waste, trying to sell food that would go to waste for over its original value.

Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company whose ethics are so low and customer service is so bad.
