I had a great experience working with Jordan to develop a plan for trying to reintroduce dairy to our son with CMPA. She provided a straightforward guide to follow along with some tips and ideas to use while we continue to introduce solids. I found our session really helpful and am eager to begin implementing what we discussed for our little man!

I had a really wonderful and seamless experience with JM Nutrition. I worked with their registered dietitian Maude Morin who extremely easy to talk to and had such an empathetic demeanour. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and provide me with some amazing suggestions and guidelines for me to start implementing even in our first consultation. Maude was also extremely helpful for providing advice on the mental side of food and eating, which is something that is invaluable for me in starting to heal my relationship with food. Maude developed an extremely detailed meal plan to support me in my goals. So far it’s been so easy to follow and I’m extremely happy with it. I would recommend JM Nutrition to anyone looking to make some meaningful and sustainable changes in their life around nutrition and food.

I had tried a few other dietitians and was frustrated that they all seemed to focus on losing weight and a balanced diet. I went to JM Nutrition with a specific goal of reducing my blood pressure and reducing my carbs/sugar but also a diet that I could eat comfortably and not feel like I was forcing myself to be healthy. Megan came through for me and gave me a diet that I feel I can easily manage and stick to.

I went to see a registered dietitian to help me improve some eating choices and habits around general healthy eating advice. The advice I got was very helpful, easy to follow and I learned a few things about nutrition. This is important to me because I'm also very active and take part in sports, and nutrition goes hand-in-hand. The Toronto dietitian I worked with was also very easy-going and understanding, which made the whole thing worthwhile. Thanks for all the help.
