Let's begin with the good thing. The food is amazing. The bread is so soft, I love it. We enjoyed everything here-from fries and chicken strips to mix grill to soup to baklava. It's expensive but I thought it was worth it for an occasional outing.

The service was great too on my first visit here. Even though it was full, it felt like we received full attention of the servers. We were surprised that we had to hardly wait for anything on a busy night.

That experience changed in my recent visit. We arrived early and it was hardly full but we had trouble attracting attention. Once it got full (yes, it took us that much time waiting), it was almost impossible to flag someone. Even when they came, they rushed through the conversation and missed things or didn't wait for our full request. Last night was definitely not fun.

I haven't been so disappointed with a place in such a long time.

We came in as a party of 11 and when trying to book, we were told we need will be charged 25 per head for anyone that doesn't come in. While I understand charging a fee if the group doesn't show, having a charge per person is absurd.

We got sat quickly when we came in and got our food after a while. Understandable considering our order. The ambience was okay but the seating were too close and with other customers.

The mix platter for 5 isn't available in the evenings so we got 5 platters for 2. The server forgot part of our order so we adjusted. The food however was very sub par considering what they're charging. The platter for 2 was okay but the quantity of meats and sides was too less. The mezze platter was forgettable and was served tea cup saucer sized plates. The bread and tea were both good. They're both on the house.

Overall although the food and service is decent, for what they're charging you'd better go to a steakhouse. Avoid unless you like overpaying. I'm never coming back here though.

Delicious food. Great flavors. We got mix grilled platter and variety of meats was flavourful and tender. We rated 4/5 for food as the meats were not hot when served on platter. Service was great! Our server Sham was very welcoming and helped us decide on best items to fill our palates. Definitely recommend.

Very nice atmosphere, although the seating in the middle of the restaurant is literally back to back which I believe will be very horrible to navigate around the tables when it is a full house, so always aim for the side bench seats.
The manager is always on top of the game. He is attending and waiting on his customers too which should let you know that things are always being taken care of.
Food presentation and quality were amazing.
Expect to pay around $40 per person which includes a meal, drink and taxes.
Highly recommended.

Loved the place and the ambiance. The food is delicious and the service was on point. Our server Grv was awesome and helped us in choosing the dishes according to our taste.
We were a big group but had no problem with the order.
The only issue I had was with the tables being too close to each other. We were surrounded by people and it was really hard to talk.
