Strike Bowling Chadstone

Experience started off really cool. We got in, purchased a pair of socks to wear with the Shoes as well as purchased drinks. We were a group of 8 with young Kids and whilst we were playing, a staff member came to tell us to hurry our game up whilst we were on our 5th round. I don't think there should be a time limit as 40 minutes to play 10 rounds is not enough time. We did not receive any of our drinks. We were Rushed and it ruined the entire experience, not to mention we did not even get a single cocktail drink that we ordered. Extremely disappointed.

Set in a train station, with lanes being platforms. This is where we'd love to host a Harry Potter themed party. The lighting is dim/dark in the bar, and it's a bit loud with MTV videos playing on all the screens above the pins. Good times.

My kids and I came down to Strike for my son's bday unfortunately the group before us went past their allocated time. We are pretty laid back and honestly it wasn't a big deal but the Manager on duty and the staff were absolutely amazing and couldnt be more apologetic, they seriously went above and beyond to make my son's day that extra bit special. We are so grateful for the team at Strike, thank you for the amazing service.

Wow, what an exceptional experience we had at 9:30 on a Tuesday, and it's all thanks to the amazing Kayla! Being so close to closing time on a Tuesday, we didn't expect much, but Kayla shattered our expectations in the best possible way!

Kayla's service was not just good; it was outstanding! She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel truly welcome. Her attentiveness was remarkable, and she went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect.

One thing that really stood out was when she asked us how we preferred our vodka Red Bulls, in a tall or short glass. It's these little details that often get overlooked, but not by Kayla. Her thoughtfulness and consideration were truly appreciated.

But it wasn't just her attention to detail; it was her engaging personality. Kayla made small talk with us while expertly pouring our drinks, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It felt like we were among friends.

In fact, I couldn't help but turn to my partner while we were bowling and say, 'It's amazing how lovely she is. At this point in my hospitality job, I'm usually thinking about closing up, but here she is, one of the best hospitality staff I've ever encountered!'

Kayla, you are a shining example of exceptional service, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors. We only regret not having the chance to say goodbye and thank you in person! You made our night truly unforgettable
