The roast duck was outstanding. Every inch inner and outer layer was well roasted. I couldn't find anywhere that was over roasted or too salty. The outer layer was crispy, and the inner fresh was juicy. AUD28.80 per half a bird was value for money. 5 stars
Stir fry asparagus with prawns was delicious. But the asparagus was a bit old, and AUD30.80 per serving was more expensive than roast duck. This was a bit pricey. 4 stars
Vegetables clear soup at AUD7.80 was delicious. The freshness of the vegetables in the hot soup was satisfying under cold weather. But the serving size was a bit too small. 3 stars
Serving within 15 minutes upon ordering. The waiters were so attentive and offered me to refill hot water for my tea pot even before I asked.
Lady boss from China hunan was so warm and great hospitality. She explained patiently their dishes are towards Cantonese style and some twist to sze chuan to suit local taste bud
