Their official policy is that when using saved credits (for ex, due to how they charged during covid) for premium services (a peel etc), they use $140 worth of credits for services listed as $100. That’s a ripoff, and so I stopped using them for premium services.
Otherwise, they are “good.”
— And in response to the comment below, I did communicate with management. That’s how I know that overcharging is official policy.
