We did it in 2:45 h to the top, but it was quite a tough way up. The first part is a normal mountain hike (Medium difficulty). After the Refugio you a passing a little forest which is pretty nice and easy. In the last part you need to climb big rocks to reach the viewpoint.
We saw many people who probably never hiked before, please wear at least proper hiking boots. I think when the rocks are wet, it can get very slippery.
On the top were around one hundred people enjoining the lake, the mountains and themselves doing selfies in ridiculous poses.
