Recently I've got my new car at Arbour VW and I definitely experienced a VIP attitude from everybody I interacted with. I would like to mention the absolutely outstanding work of Mr. Francois Gravel. All along the process he proved to be a very knowledgeable, listening, polite and an excellent problem solving professional. He definitely knows very well how to transfer to the customer his passion with the cars and the brand. My experience was well beyond my expectations.
