Good Quality pizza and taste is awesome. This place for those who love stone oven pizza. Expensive but price match with their quality and toppings. Love to visit again and again

Love the food here and the friendly staff here, my fav go to pizza shop.

This location used to be great, pizzas were fresh and cooked perfectly. I would drive the extra 15 min to pick up from here over their Waterloo location. But recently it seems they have lost their touch. The staff are still relatively friendly but they seem to be leaving their pizzas in the oven for too long. A few times now a regular pizza would be well done and well done pizzas would be burnt. Previously we would just give them the benefit of the doubt but today one of the pizzas had burnt toppings and a burnt crust to the point where it was tough to eat.

Customer service was friendly and quickly arranged a replacement pizza but the new pizza, while cooked better, appeared to skimp on the premium toppings. I think we'll probably try the Waterloo location again next time.

Customer Service is too good and their pizza is tasty. If you miss Indian taste than when you give order at that time told them to make pizza Indian style. Staff and cook are master in their service. Love to visit again.

Among the worst is this pizza franchise. Before you go or place an order, stop and think. The counter guy, who appears to be paying us to eat pizza, is really hostile and the pizza tastes terrible. They asked us when we’ll be done eating even though the place was losing at 10 and was also not busy. This is something that’s very rude and unwelcoming. Get a fundamental understanding of customer service and how to handle consumers. If you are a territory manager or franchise leaser reading this, please attend training sessions. Food is also pathetic. At worst, burned and under cooked.

This is among the poorest of the pizza franchises. Before you go or order, give it some thought. The healthy guy behind the counter is the worst—he acts rudely and as though he's paying us to eat pizza, and the pizza tastes terrible. At worst, cooked and burned.
