I’ve been enjoying the food here for YEARS. Even after moving out of Toronto I grab lunch takeout almost every time I’m back in the city.
I particularly love the General Tso chicken and the plain lo mein, the spring rolls are crispy and delicious too. The few times I’ve had the chicken balls they were massive and had a nice big juicy piece of chicken inside, like surprisingly big.

I ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately the general Taos chicken was the worst I have ever had; all beading no chicken and no taste. I called restaurant to advise and the receptionist alive it is expanding flour and there is chicken in the pieces. Unbelievable.

Super lecker und günstig.

Im Oktober 2019 waren wir als Familie in Chinatown in Toronto unterwegs und bekamen abends Hunger. Wir sind dann auf gut Glück in das "Homemade Ramen" eingekehrt.

Das Restaurant wirkte kitschig/kurios - offenbar üblich so in asiatischen Restaurants. Aber das Essen war sehr gut. Hinter dem Tresen hat ein Asiate die Nudel von Hand in verschiedenen Stärken hergestellt. Viele Asiaten haben dort gegessen. Leider hatte ich nicht mehr ausreichend kanadische Dollar dabei und beim Bezahlen wollte man zunächst meine Visa-Karte nicht akzeptieren, was dann aber doch geklappt hat, nachdem ich mein leeres Portemonnaie gezeigt habe.

Nah an der Innenstadt und nur wenige Minuten vom Rogers Center entfernt, liegt das Restaurant etwas versteckt im Untergeschoss eines Gebäudes. Das Essen ist so wie wir es in China kennen gelernt haben und schmeckt sehr lecker. Zu Empfehlen sind die Dumblings aber auch der Fisch und die gebratenen Nudeln waren sehr lecker. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, nett und freundlich. Für 3 Personen Essen und Getränken, mit 18% Tip knapp 100 CAD ist ok.

As a person from Sichuan, this is one of the best Sichuan food I've had so far in Toronto, and it's so much more authentic than Sichuan House across the street. I would recommend it👍🏼

味道比较正宗的四川菜馆。点了烧二冬，毛血旺，水饺。味道都还不错。如果在国内我会再挑剔一下某些味道的细节，但这是在多伦多，没什么可挑剔的。赠送了红豆沙作为甜品。愉快的晚餐。
