[my blacklisted store] Wanted to get a tool next the cashier, there was a guy got me the tool and I wanted to change to another one as the one he gave me was with dirt. He told me “no! All the same!” He was simply unhelpful and rude.
Watch out for the product tags too as they had put the wrong one there to fake the customers.
Although this Chinese supermarket is the closest to me, I won’t come again after several negative experiences.

The staff are exceptionally RUDE!
I approached one of the staff (appear to be a manager) and asked for a product up on the shelf which I could not reach it myself.
He refused helping me at first and not giving response. After he got it for me, I found there are defects on it and asked for another one on the shelf. The staff said they are all the same, take it or leave it.
What an incredible service!

Good selection of Chinese and other Asian products such as Filipino. Good prices on fruits, veggies, meats. Much better than western stores like Loblaws Reasonably clean and bright inside. Good amount of parking. Located in Peanut Plaza.
听说过鼎泰服务差，今天第一次去果然体验到了什么叫没有最差只有更差。
1、肉类区：看到柜台里的肉，跟服务员说了要前边两块，他说拿不到，让我重新选。我说我就要这个你不卖我就走了，他还是反复墨迹说什么拿不到啊，拿到了怕我不要之类的话。我急了，我说不买了，他立马有拿出来了。
2、海鲜区：买了温哥华蟹，不知道他们的流程直接被嫌弃，我没有看到价签贴上了没有就问他价格在哪里？他说你的眼睛你看不到吗？
我真的很想骂他了，我没看见问问有什么关系呢？有什么冤仇吗？我来买东西要你怼我。素质告诉我，就这样吧，不要再来就是了。大家听劝哈！！！！

Overall, good for the price. Groceries are generally very fresh. But don’t go for the shopping experience. Go for the savings and be prepared for not much English. Also, you won’t save on items that aren’t as popular with Asians, go to NoFrills for that. And try to avoid the chicken during the summer months. Go elsewhere for that too.
