Very disappointing stay at this over priced venue.
The venue policy is that a Do Not Disturb sign can be freely disregarded and then we received contradictory excuses when we challenged this.
I also raised polite disappointment at a poor massage and we were mortified that the General Manager came over to discuss this in a loud voice in a crowded dining room. Somehow it was my fault for selecting the wrong massage!
The pool area is filthy. The rooms have a few maintenance issues. This venue is style over substance.
We wanted to leave first thing in the morning but we were persuaded to stay for longer to speak with the General Manager who just spoke over us continually and offered a very weak resolution. A waste of time!

We visited for the fire feast and really enjoyed it. Lovely surroundings, great food and experience. It was a good introduction before we take a trip to Argentina shortly :)
